Max Factor Fantasy Fire over Zoya Pinta

0

I had to take out Fantasy Fire again and this time I am much more impressed with it. Over the darker base I could see the blue-green flash whereas I couldn't see it when I wore it over Baker St.
This is 2 coats of Zoya Pinta (dupe of OPI Sapphire in The Snow), 1 coat of Max Factor Fantasy Fire and Seche Vite.

The lovely Clarins 230 Over Revlon Royal

0

This is the lovely Clarins 230. This has to be one of the most infamous polishes in the blogging world. It has a colour shifting pigment in it that allows the colour to shift from purple, to red, gold, green, blue and everywhere in between depending on the light. There have been new polishes released recently that are "dupes" of this polish, particularly Max Factor Fantasy Fire (UK only) and Girly Bits Shift Happens (indie polish). I don't have the Girly Bits but I do have Fantasy Fire, and while similar and still very pretty, the colour shift is not as strong and tends to stay more in the pinky-purple shift.
This here is the real deal.
This is 2 coats of Revlon Royal (a must have if you don't already own it!) followed by one coat of Clarins 230.
Look for more pictures after the cut!

OPI Have You Seen My Limo?

0

This is an oldie OPI, and one that is much sought after. Quite honestly, I don't get the hype. It's pretty but not overly unique and not as duochrome as I was expecting. That being said, the application was great and I had no issues with the polish itself, I just don't think it's a polish I will be reaching for again any time in the near future.

This is a really special post! This polish is AH-MAZ-ING! Run to an etailer and buy it now, you won't regret it! This is another one of those amazing polishes that has come out of Brazil. Some of these photos were taken through a glass of water, the light refraction through the water really shows the full spectrum of colours that come out of this polish!

Ozotic 534

0

Hello lovelies!
Today I have a really special polish for you!
This is Ozotic 534, which is a gorgeous holographic and a duochrome! Did that just blow your mind? It reflects mostly blue/purple and the holographic effect is really strong. The only thing about the polish I didn't like was the price - at $17.50 USD + shipping, it's a little pricy, but worth every penny!

Sally Hansen Nail Prisms: Rainbow Presents

2

This polish is just another example of why we call Sally Hansen a ho. She gives us these phenomenal nail polishes and then just takes them all away!
I recently got lucky and found about 25 nail prisms (not counting duplicates) at a Bargain Bin close to home in a tiny tiny town. Then I cheated - there were 5 packs of Sally Hansen polishes but only 2 per pack were nail prisms. Well, I opened 'em up in store and made myself 5 packs of nail prisms!

This shade is called Rainbow presents and I've been told it's very close to Garnet Lapis. From what I can find, this was a Canadian exclusive and it is beautiful!

This is 2 coats over Wet n` Wild Black Creme.
